self catered stay at Copacabana, one of the Central Coast's vacation
jewels. Open plan living with modern conveniences.
There's also a rumpus room where the kids can do kid's stuff and enjoy
some independence.

out the surf
It's only 200 metres walk to the beach but if you're feeling particularly
lazy you can check out the scene without even leaving your beach house.

Outdoor
dining and relaxation
A large outdoor barbeque deck provides lots of room and every facility for
outdoor cocktails, al fresco dining, reading or a quiet snooze. There are
no homes between Copa Shells and Copacabana Beach. Look out over bushland,
ocean, sandy beach, lagoon and headland views and get used to feeling
really privileged.

our Aussie bushland
There's lots of eucalypt bushland beside your holiday home and you'll
awake to the morning chorus of birdsong and the background of the ocean surf. Take the opportunity to watch the
antics of colourful parrots and other species whilst sipping your morning
espresso. Please resist any urge to handfeed the native birds. It's not
good for them.

Copa Shells Beach House can cater for extended family groups up to 8 persons in four separate bedrooms. The 4th bedroom opens up onto a
courtyard with it's own toilet. This courtyard area has proven to be a huge
hit with visiting children who love to have their own private place to play
games and generally hang out.
Kindly note that we
are situated in a quiet residential area and cannot accept "Buck's
Night" groups, "Party" groups, Schoolies Week students
or similar. This is a valuable home in an up-market locality. We ask you
to respect our property and our neighbours' lifestyle whilst you enjoy your own
well deserved holiday.
Lots
of space for the kids
Your children have lots of room for outdoor games in our extensive yard
and can explore the local bushland as well. At the end of your first
holiday they'll be begging you to book another (and longer) stay at "Copa
Shells" sometime in the near future.
