Nambucca Heads is one of the most picturesque holiday destinations on the NSW Mid North Coast. Buena Vista Beach House is the ideal vacation accommodation for your next family beachside vacation or "Getaway Weekend".

Buena Vista is situated at the highest part of Nambucca Heads on the east ocean side with views to the Shelly Beach Lookout and ocean in north and south directions. My holiday beach house is in a quiet area and very private- you can't see the neighbours from any window in the house- only beautiful trees and ocean views. Yet It 's about a or 6 minute stroll to either Beilbys Beach,  Shelly Beach or Main Beach. There's a supermarket and other shops just a level 6 minutes walk away.

You'll enjoy a sunny position, polished floors, good comfortable furniture and heaps of room. The upstairs lounge room and dining area is particularly spacious and ideal for holiday entertaining.

The kitchen has a lovely garden view and includes a huge fridge, dishwasher, microwave, full oven and stovetop. There's also a separate oven-toaster for your additional convenience.

 

Nambucca Heads holiday dining
The spacious dining area seats up to eight people and has a lovely ambience for dinner parties or buffet meals. With a large four burner out on the deck you're well set up for casual relaxed family dining and entertaining visiting friends.

 

Bedroom accommodations
The main bedroom has a king bed whilst the second bedroom has a double bed with a single bed above. In all there are sleeping facilities for up to six persons.

Rumpus Room
This is a large downstairs entertainment area which is always popular with young children and teenagers alike. It even has its own full size fridge. The rumpus room also has its own private entrance leading out into the backyard and gardens.

Backyard and Garden
Buena Vista Beach House has a massive back yard and plenty of gardens. It's a great place to sunbake on the grass or choose a quiet shady nook for a snooze or some ready.

Holiday rental rates
You get a lot for your dollar. Here are the seasonal rates.
May through September $680 per week or $270 for a weekend.
October and November $750 per week or $290 for a weekend.
1st December to 15th December $1,000 per week or $350 for a weekend.
16th December to 5th January $2,100 per week (minimum 1 week bookings)
6th January to 31st January $1,800 per week (minimum 1 week bookings)
1st February to 30th April $650 p.w. - $850 p.w. Easter & School Hols. $call us
